Mountain Valley Accommodations

Mountain Valley is located on 260 beautiful acres, just 12 miles north of Harrisonburg, Virginia. The center’s property includes streams, trails and mountain vistas.

The main lodge is a completely remodeled pre-Civil War home containing overnight lodging accommodations and dining facilities. The adjacent meeting complex includes a large, multi-option meeting room, along with LAN (Local Area Network) connections. Additional overnight accommodations include cozy cabins just steps from the center's main house.

Mountain Valley Amenities

A wide range of services and equipment is available to meet your organizations technology needs. Wireless high-speed internet connections and service is offered throughout the facility and grounds. A state-of-the-art videoconferencing center is just a short walk away. What better way to communicate with staff located in remote settings than to do so face-to-face via real-time videoconferencing?

Several on site and off site leisure activity options are available. On site activities include: hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, challenge courses (low and high) and the option to simply enjoy a book or a special event in the scenic arboretum. Off site activities include: the Via Ferrata at Nelson Rocks Preserve, golfing, rock climbing, or simply relaxing in the tranquil scenic beauty of the Shenandoah Valley.

We can accommodate groups and events of all types and sizes, including weddings, reunions and parties, in our Lodge area, or for larger groups, in our adjacent Camp facility, or Horizons Valley Pike facility.
